Here we have gathered some information that can be useful to have easy on hand before your arrival and during your stay.

Reception

At the reception you can take care of check-in and check-out for both hotels, cottages and camping. Here you will get answers to your questions, you can also buy souvenirs and some kiosk selection. In the summer of 2020, the queue will be available outdoors via a queuing system. If you have pre-paid your booking, we offer express check-in during week 28-32 at 15:00-18:00, then you do not have to go into the reception to check in at camping or cottage.

Store

In the summer of 2020, we refer our guests to ICA Supermarket 10 minutes walk from the reception. Fresh bread, ice cream, sweets and other kiosk items are available at the reception.

Vehicles at the campsite

At the campsite the speed limit is 20km/h.

After 23:00, driving bans apply to the entire campsite and all vehicular traffic is then prohibited.

When setting up a caravan, the draught must always stand outwards and 4 metres between the vehicle due to the risk of fire.

If you have any questions or problems, please contact the reception. If there are problems that cannot wait until the next day and the reception is not staffed, we can be reached at the hotline 070-541 36 49.

Wifi

Free WiFi is available on site, a password is available upon check-in. The quality of the network varies depending on where you are at the campsite.

Service

Our service buildings 1 and 2are available all year round. Service buildings 3 and 4 open during high season, 19/6 – 31/8. The code is available at check-in. At service buildings 1 and 4, there is a emptying place for both fixed and loose tanks. Here you also fill up with water.

At service building 4 there is a flush ing place, the key required is collected at the reception.

Laundry

Washing machines are available in service buildings 1,2,3. Laundry tokens are sold at the hotel reception.

Protecting the environment

Do not wash under running water. Help us sort waste. Don't throw trash on the hill. Environmental stations are located at service buildings 1,2 and 4, as well as at our holiday villages Östergården and Västergården.

Book a seat for next season

You can already book your favourite place or cottage for next year. Please contact the reception before departure!

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in from 15:00, check-out at 11:00 am for cottages and hotel rooms, at 12:00 for campsites.
Check-in outdoors (15:00-18:00, during week 28-32), for prepaid bookings in cottage and campsite, hotel guests check in as usual.

If you have prepaid your stay or made your payment when you checked in, you can use our self-check-out. Leave your key in the grey mailbox at the check-out bar, on your way out of the campsite at the reception.

If the stay is not paid, check out at the reception as usual.
